Joann Wingate of Carlisle, PA has been indicted on the charges of impersonating a CDL medical examiner and medical review officer for CDL urine drug tests. After her chiropractor’s license was suspended in 2014, she allegedly procured the identity of a licensed medical examiner and advertised her services at truck stops. These charges hold very serious repercussions, and anyone who suspects a medical examiner of fraudulent activity should report it to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Inspector General immediately.
