Madison, WI state troopers are paying particular attention to limousines and party buses operating in the area. After a fatal bus crash in Chicago earlier this year, the police want to make sure that all of the vehicles on the road are following state law. One of the things they are looking for is whether or not these vehicles have the proper amount of insurance to be able to transport passengers.
