White House Announces EV Charging Network Along 48 U.S. Corridors

With there being more interest in developing alternative-fuel vehicles in order to curb our dependence on oil, it’s no surprise that the government has been working on building EV charging stations throughout the US. It’s difficult to drive electric vehicles long distances without a plan on where to charge up, and hopefully these stations will make it easier and decrease the demand for oil-based fuels. They have also stated that these stations will be able to handle other alternative fuels, such as compressed natural gas and hydrogen.
