In regards to fleets, the city of Petersburg located in Virginia is offering free maintenance help to get police vehicles on the road much quicker. This is in an attempt to help Prince George County. There were over two dozen cars for the police department that were sitting idle when this was offered to them for no labor costs and the city will pay for the vehicle parts.
