A California-based refuse and recycling company has announced that it will be deploying a turbine-electric hybrid refuse truck. This truck represents the ultimate in recycling. Sonoma County officials got the chance to take the truck for a test drive at the November 2nd unveiling. The Ratto Group services over 140,000 customers, and employs more than 300 people.
