Workhorse Truck Company has agreed to a multi-year deal with BMW. The typical Workhorse E-Gen parcel trucks will now receive an upgrade thanks to BMW’s range extender (REx) units. BMW’s REx units will use Li-Ion battery packs in conjunction with BMW’s 2 cylinder gas engine to extended the normal range of travel by up 60 miles.
